Our patch management solution is not an application you install and then need to maintain and administer.  We do all the patch management work for you!

Here’s what is included with our patch management solution:

  • Daily scan for missing Microsoft and non-Microsoft security updates
  • Testing and installation of Microsoft and non-Microsoft application security updates
  • Daily vulnerability scan
  • Daily scan and alerting of potential hacking attempts
  • Daily scan and alerting to ensure antivirus is up-to-date
  • Daily  or weekly security and health report (AV status, missing patches, hacking attempts, etc.)
  • Secure access to our customized reporting console
  • Detailed patch status reporting for all devices (installed, missing, ignored, pending, etc.)

PCsentry Patch Management starts at $2.25 per month for laptops and desktops and includes patching of Microsoft and non-Microsoft applications such as Adobe Reader, Flash, Java, QuickTime, Shockwave, and many other applications. 

Volume discounts are available as well as flexible payment options.

You can control the cost of patch management as outlined below.  With PCsentry, you can group your computers an infinite number of ways for reporting and controlling the patch management approval timing.  For instance, you can put all the computers at one location in a group, and have subgroups for departments or laptops or whatever you like within that group.  Every group can have it’s own customized patch deployment schedule.

PCsentry Patch Management has a three tier pricing structure based on some predefined groupings as follows:

  • AUTO – we will install Microsoft and third party software updates when they are released to any computers in an AUTO group for $2.25 per month or $25 per year.
  • TEST & PRODUCTION – Place some of your computers in the TEST group and the remaining in the PRODUCTION group.  When new patches are released, we will install patches to the TEST group the following Monday and the PRODUCTON group the following Wednesday for $2.50 per month or $27.50 per year.
  • MANUAL – Computers in this group will only have patches installed upon request.  The price for the MANUAL group or any other customized installation schedule is $2.75 per month or $30 paid annually.
